Harley davidson exhaust flange nut torque. Tighten top nut to 9 - 18 in-lbs tighten bottom nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs Re-tighten top nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs Repeat on the rear exhaust. Re-tighten the top nut to 100 to 120 inch-pounds. Tighten lower nuts to 60-80 in.
Remove the clamp bolt which mounts the rear head pipe to the belt drive cover bracket. Next torque the lower exhaust flange nut to 100-120 in-lbs 113-136 Nm iii. It was about 300 miles after the exhaust install.
Tighten the top nut of the front cylinder head exhaust flange to 9-18 in-lbs 1-2 Nm then tighten the bottom nut to 100-120 in-lbs 113-136 Nm final tighten the top nut to 100-120 in-lbs 113-136Nm then tighten the bottom nut of the rear cylinder head exhaust flange to 9-18. Arrows indicate clamp screw orientation. Additionally tighten the head pipe support bracket bolts as indicated in the exhaust manufacturers instructions.

See figures 3 4 and 5 for clamp orientation. I suggest after youu get your bike to full operating temp to let it fully cool then check the bolts. Got 4 new nuts and totally reinstalled exhaust.
